A Sunset Paradise is a large three bedroom and two bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SW Cape. The home is centrally located within minutes to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great amenities you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport.

A Sunset Paradise features modern airy décor; with an open floor plan combing the living space, dining and nook area as an open entertainment space great for the family to gather. The home is fitting for an extended family with a split floor plan featuring two of the guest rooms on one side and the main king bedroom on the opposite site. One of the guest suites features a queen beds and one bedroom featuring a queen bed as well as a pyramid style bunk bed. The main bedroom features a king bedroom, sitting area and desk as well as an en-suite bathroom.
The Villa can fit up to eight guests with this comfortable set up.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and plenty of space to spread out. Most of the windows and sliders facing the lanai will give you plenty of light giving you the feeling of a true Florida lifestyle.

From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its stainless steel appliances there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the living room and dining area, as well as sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying the peace.
