Stunning waterfront Villa on the canal, with private pool, toys!

The Villa Enterprise is at a great location, It is located on a freshwater canal right on Memory Lake. It has an electric heated pool and Spa with large patio perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Electric fireplace wired for your own entertainment center. Surround sound in both family room and master bedroom.

The master bedroom and the two guest rooms offer enough space for up to 6 people.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook.

We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

Please read prior to booking:

To help you settle in and answer any questions you may have, we will be visiting you at the house the day after check in, between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. During this time, we will provide you with important information about the house. Based on our many years of experience, we kindly ask for your understanding that this appointment is mandatory.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 21 years old will be allowed to book a reservation.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00.

We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, garbage bags are supplied, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection. Cape Coral Pelican Property

The house made for a comfortable and enjoyable 1 week stay. Located in a nice neighborhood with short drive to downtown Cape Coral in which we found an assortment of eating and dining options. For a late February stay, we were however disappointed with the pool / jacuzzi maintaining its comfortable temperature.

quiet relaxing getaway

The property is beautiful and immacuately kept. The pool and lanai are the true gems of the property. Everything you could possible need is there. The only thing we would have liked is to be a little closer to the beach. But it was beautiful and the weather was perfect. Michael was inviting and helpful.

Great location!!

We had three adult couples for our trip, and this house was perfect for our needs, and couldn't ask for a better location. Three king size beds, were exactly what we were looking for, and the seating area out at the pool was perfect for gathering. Did have a couple negative experiences, as I was told that all communication prior to my arrival were sent to the wrong person. And was told that I would be charge for cleaning the grill, when we spent over an hour cleaning it, before we could even use it ourself. We did clean the two items that we called out and, we were not charged. Overall would definitely stay here again, as the positives definteily outweigh the negatives.

Great time!

We recently stayed at the house and had a great time! The house was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean. The pool was fabulous and the kids (16, 12, 12, 10) had a fantastic time swimming every day. We had a slight issue on arrival with the key to the front door and Michael, the property manager, was very prompt in replying to us and issue resolved. My only suggestion would be to print instructions regarding the pool heater. As other have said in the reviews, the pool heater is a bit tricky to figure out. Overall, we had a fabulous visit!

Nice Stay in a Great Neighborhood

We were renting for February and March of 2021. The house was a great place for our group of family members. The neighborhood was close to everything and yet, quiet. The agent, Michael was very responsive to any question that we had. We enjoyed the pool & spa. The owners do need to some repairs but nothing that affects the vacationer.

Great time in Cape Coral

Rental was as advertised and reasonably priced. Neighborhood is quiet and well located to grocery and some restaurants (Lelulo's Pizza is fabulous). Loved using the covered lanai around the pool. Assortment of cable stations is small, but didn't spend that much time in the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Winter respite

This is our 3rd winter in Cape Coral. This home is well laid out and provided everyone their privacy if needed. It is located between 2 golf courses -Palmetto Pines and Cape Royal. Would highly recommend Cape Royal Course - 27 holes, very well maintained course w great 9 and 18 hole rates.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable. A nice feature we hadn't had before was the Tommy Bahama beach chairs, which we enjoyed at Bowman Beach on Sanibel Island.

The house was exceptionally clean and had all of the amenities you would want. Michael Rothausen (property manager) was very helpful in a timely manner and a plessure to deal with. We will rent this house again.

Good family choice

Immaculate property. Lighting could be improved in all rooms due to high ceilings. Just a couple of floor lamps would make reading possible. Overall a great choice for a family stay. Hope to return.

clean and comfortable

the property was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to shops and major roads. it was clean and comfortable and well maintained. the only complaint was the television which had only about 7 stations and 3 of them were in Spanish, 1 local government, 2 weather stations and 1 very old reruns of Gilligan's Island and Night Court. the managers were great.
