With two separate living areas, both featuring Smart TVs, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax, stream their favorite shows, or enjoy meaningful time together. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and designed for effortless entertainment. Whether you're preparing meals or simply enjoying a glass of wine, the open layout keeps you connected to the action.
The master suite offers a true retreat, complete with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the screened-in lanai—perfect for quiet mornings or a private evening unwind. Three additional guest rooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements, including another King, a queen bed and one with twin beds, ideal for kids or additional guests.
Outside, your private lanai awaits! Take a dip in the heated pool, fire up the outdoor grill, or dine at the outdoor dining table while enjoying the canal views and large flat-screen outdoor TV. It's an entertainer’s dream and the perfect spot to create lasting memories.
Pet-friendly for up to two non-aggressive, non-shedding dogs (max 35 lbs each) with prior approval and a pet fee—sorry, no cats.
