Perfect Place for a Getaway...

Beautiful gulf-access pool home located in the most popular Southwest Cape Coral area. Southern exposure allows you to enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets and you can choose sun or shade at any time. You will enjoy this home's great open feel with the master bedroom and bathroom on one side of the house and two bedrooms and bathroom on the other side. Double sliders from master bedroom, great room and dining room accentuates the bright, airy feel of this comfortable home. Located in a quiet, residential area at the end of a canal, yet easy access to all major roadways, shopping and restaurants. Huge 14 ft x 40 ft heated pool with spacious, screened lanai. Home has a captain's walk dock and a 10,000 lb lift. Equipped with kayaks, paddleboards, ping pong table, BBQ gas grill, and lots of seating and lounge chairs. Beach towels provided. Kitchen is very well stocked and has all new appliances. Large dining room table, seats 8. Definitely a great home to enjoy with family and/or friends. You can have fun, but also enjoy as much R&R as you please.

Pelican Paradise

The host was gracious and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. If we had a question in regard to the property he was quick to replay in a friendly and courteous manner. The house was fantastic and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay any more than we did. The pool is huge and fantastic and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. Great rental!

Good Value

Property was in a great area, and the pool was awesome! Couches in the living room were very comfy. Dan was readily available if needed. Some home/kitchen essentials could be added/upgraded, but overall the property met our needs and I would rent Pelican again if in the Cape Coral area.

Outdoor Living at Its Best

This is the second time we stayed at this property. It was just as wonderful as the first time we stayed! The pool is simply beautiful and one of a kind. We have never stayed at a rental house with a better pool. Since we love being outside, we spent most of our time there. We enjoyed eating our meals in the lanai watching the ducks, the ibis and the fish jumping in the canal. We would strongly recommend staying at this lovely home!

Southwest Cape Coral serenity

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the property. Check in was very easy, the property was as shown in the listing, amenities were everything we needed, and the neighbourhood was quiet. We would definitely return to this property.

Comfortable home in quite neighborhood

Great house with practical layout for families located in a nice and quite neighborhood. Dan, our host, was most pleasant and we greatly appreciate him allowing us to bring our 2 boxer dogs to enjoy our Holiday in the Cape.

Wonderful getaway

My family of 3 (plus 2 dogs) had such an amazing week away at this lovely home! The house is nice and open and had literally everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was very large and refreshing and was used nearly every day. The view of the canal was so relaxing. Loved staring out into it and watching all the birds swimming by and the fish jumping. The house came fully stocked and even equipped with extra amenities such as kayaks, ping pong table, games for pool, etc. Very convenient location to stores and local beaches in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. If we get the opportunity to visit Florida again, I would not hesitate to drive the 18+hours to stay here!

Awesome retreat!

Beautiful home, well appointed. Pool was so nice and provided wonderful relief from the heat. The canal and kayaks were super cool to roam too. Another great amenity that we were not expecting was the whole-house speaker and radio system. Loved this! Listened to music all day long while basking in the sun, floating in the pool. Thank you! Will be back ☀️😎

Great week in Cape Coral

The check in process was very easy. My family had a great week at this property. It was perfect for our family of five. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed fishing in the canal. It was close to the local beaches. Cape Coral has a great Fourth of July festivities that we have been to the last two years. Dan was responsive to our needs and the overall stay was great!

Paradise Found

This property was wonderful! Most of our time was spent outdoors in the lanai and swimming in the oversized pool. While sitting outside in the early mornings and late afternoons we saw in the canal fish jumping, a family of ducks that swam by every day, turtles, cormorants drying their wings on the dock and even a manatee that swam by! The property manager was very responsive to our needs and came right away when we reported a torn screen. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this property is the perfect place to wind down and relax. We look forward to returning to this “ Paradise” next year!

You won’t regret it!

This house is AMAZING! Cathy and Dan really welcome you into their home by providing everything you need! Walmart and grocery stores are just a few miles away. The pool was incredible! Watching the sunrises off the dock were some of my favorite moments. This house was perfectly set up for us! My boyfriend and I stayed in the master suite on one end, and the family with young kids we stayed with stayed in the two bedrooms on the other end which provided each family privacy! Can I take that king mattress home with me? Nope, but I sure wanted to! Thank you Cathy and Dan!

Excellent house for our vacation

We loved this property! The layout was perfect giving the kids their own space on one half of the house while allowing us adults some room on the other. The pool is HUGE and warm! The view off the dock is gorgeous. The pictures don't do this property justice. It is much nicer in person! The beds were VERY comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything but off of the main road so it was quiet.

As advertised - Super Hosts!

The hosts - Cathy and Dan - were instrumental in us deciding on this house as they were quick in addressing all the questions we had. They also kindly provided a dog crate that belongs to their German Shepherd - Polo - for the duration of our stay. This not only saved us some serious cargo space in the car but also allowed us to leave our dog alone in the house when we were going out. The house is big enough for 5 people and a large dog to spread out and 3 kids to stay out of each other's grill. Had we brought our Xbox along, the living room would have been the perfect gaming room because of the large screen TV and ample seating space. We spent most of our time in and around the pool. When you enter the house the first thing you see is the pool with its beautiful blue waters! None of the pictures on Vrbo do this view the justice. Our kids were vowed! The size of the pool is amazing, allowing for a proper swim or a serious game of water volleyball or basketball without splashing or bothering those on the other side of the pool. There is a pool service that cleans the pool every week so you know that the quality of the water is good. The master bedroom is an ensuite, with a memory foam king-size bed, nice linens, and new pillows. A sliding door opens the master to the pool deck. This room looks as it was recently renovated, it is nicely appointed, airy, minimalistic and calm. There is truly enough space in the master for a computer desk and chair to have a secluded area for “remote work”. I used the dining room table as my “remote office” and my connectivity was great. The kitchen is well-stocked, the appliances and BBQ work well. There are linens and bath towels galore as well as small area rugs that we used to place in front of the doors to avoid tracking pool water and slipping on tiles. There is also a vacuum cleaner in the garage. In addition to a Ping-Pong table, pool toys, kayaks, bikes, etc., there is an impressive amount of beach towels, beach chairs and toys for our trips to Estero Beach. Estero Beach is some 20 minutes away from the property, it is dog friendly and was never busy. We have encountered some ants around the dining room table and the stove but with the amount of Tupperware available in the kitchen we kept all our food safe and out of ants’ reach.

Wonderful

We had a great experience here and the owners are wonderful to communicate with. I have a family wide range of ages from teen to toddler. There was something for each of them to do. Only recommendation is a high chair and pack and play for little ones. My kids loved the kayaks, fishing off the dock and of course the pool. There is one bike I wished there was just one more for couples or the kids riding together with one we didn’t do much bike riding. Two kayaks provided with paddles and pool floats with Pool volleyball net we used as family and pool basketball goal my son used it a lot. My 10 year old son lives to fish and he caught some dandy fish off the dock he loved it! We did use the ping pong table as well. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Dan and Cathy.

Perfect Relaxation Spot

This house is exactly as described if not better. My husband and I along with our dog loved the house, the pool and the boat dock. The neighborhood is great and the people are friendly. We needed a get away with no plans and this was the perfect spot. They have thought of everything. We played ping pong by the pool every night. Check in was a breeze. We did not have any problems with anything during our stay. The house was spotless when we arrived. If you are on the fence about renting this house, just do it. You can not go wrong with this beautiful house. Thank you so much for letting us use your fantastic property.

Could have been better

The house itself is nice. Upon arrival, we noticed pet hair everywhere. Living room rug was covered and was on the tile floors. Air conditioner didn’t work the first day/night we were there. Owner did fix quickly. Lots of ants and a few roaches. Also, the tile in the living room and bedroom was super slick and I fell and bruised both legs on our second day. No rugs located at sliding door to help prevent that. We used our towels. If you like to keep a clean house while on vacation, this is not the house for you. It has a tiny broom and dust pan. That’s it Ice maker didn’t work so we had to buy ice. We still had a blast in Cape!

Beautiful getaway in Cape Coral, Florida

This home is the most perfect place to stay while vacationing in Cape Coral, Florida. The home is beautiful, cozy and has all of your essential needs. The pool is absolutely perfect and my favorite part of the stay. We love that it backs up to the canal with its own boat dock. It’s fun to fish & relax on the canal. The home is well maintained with lawn & pool service. The owners are available 24/7 and are awesome & friendly people. We have been here twice now and definitely plan to go back. I promise you will not be disappointed and the neighborhood is extremely nice.

Spring Break Cape Coral

The house was great! Clean, large enough for 6 of us and two dogs. Everything was as stated in the house details. Pool is very large, got lots of sun and very nice to be on the canal. Neighborhood is quiet. Owners were great to work with. The property had everything we wanted and needed, we were very happy!
