The gourmet kitchen at the center of the home has granite counters and stainless-steel appliance, and it opens to the spacious family room and game room. The dining room has seating for six with additional seating available on the kitchen counter as well as the nook area.
The master bedroom with on-suite private bathroom is located on a split floor plan with large sliding glass door and private access to the lanai and view of the canal.
