The space
Welcome to this amazing 3 bedroom (plus den) home on a fresh water canal.

Have a BBQ in a big, screened pool area/lanai. Enjoy a heated salt-water pool and outdoor shower. Pool accessories are located in the deck box and even more are in the garage. Fence around the house & before seawall makes outdoor fun safe for kids.

Living room area and master bedroom overlooks pool & canal. Ensuite master bath is resort-worthy and features a walk-thru shower. One guest bedroom with ensuite bath that doubles as a pool bath. Den with a window includes a sofa, a height adjustable computer desk and a computer chair. High speed internet allows you to work from your vacation!

Our pool company and lawn company will stop at the house once a week to take care of it.
