The outdoor dining area is conveniently located in the shade and has a large BBQ grill, everything you need for a perfect stay.

The villa is located in the heart of Cape Coral, which means just a short car ride down to popular Tarpon Point Marina with all its shops, bars and restaurants and of course the beautiful marina. You're also close to Veterans Pkwy, for easy access to Down Town Ft Myers, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva Island.

We also recommend renting a boat for the day, then you get to experience the amazing canal system, unique to Cape Coral and you're only minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico.

This villa offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious den, a cozy TV room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker.

The fourth bedroom has a full size pull-out sofa bed.

No need to fuss over what program to watch, two bedrooms are equipped with TVs along with the spacious living room. The master bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third bedroom has a Double size bed.

The master bathroom has a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower.
