The pool offers a separate Spa/Jacuzzi and invites you to relax. The lower water zone is the perfect place to put the sun loungers inside and take sun while putting your feet into the chilling water. The SunDeck is built round the whole pool, which is protected by an acoustical sensor to make sure no little guests can fall into the water.

A great 10m2 / 107sqft covered outdoor kitchen (BBQ) area turns even the biggest cooking grump into a chef. Enjoy the view and have your juicy steak be grilled just the way you love it. You might even catch a fresh fish in the canal? However, we wish "bon appetit"!

The whole living area is covered with ceramic tiles in wood optic. Perfect for people with allergies - no carpets in the whole house! The living area was furnished modern and light. The ceilings measure over 3.5 meters hight and spread a feel-good atmosphere.

Villa Cupio offers 3 spacious and nicely furnished bedrooms, each with an own bathroom and a flatscreen TV (with internet). 6 guests will find their private empire in this oasis of well-being. Masterbedroom with kingsize bed and direct access to the pool area. Two huge walk-in closets that connects the bedroom with the master bathroom, which offers a walk-through-shower and a detached bahtub. Junior suite with queensize-bed, third bedroom with a kingsize bed. The bathroom of the junior bedroom has a direct access to the pool area.

From the pool area you reach the captain's walk and the dock, which is the perfect place to catch even the last sun rays. Over 50m2 538sqft space to put your favorite chair just the way you like it. The place to be to enjoy a drink just before dinner is ready.
