At the heart of the villa is the light-filled 140 m² / 1,500 sq ft living, dining, and entertainment area. A fully retractable sliding glass door spanning approximately 7 meters seamlessly connects the interior with the terrace, pool, and waterfront.

All four bedrooms are designed as private suites and feature king-size beds with high-quality American mattresses, walk-in closets, and private bathrooms with double vanities, separate toilets, and spacious rainfall showers. The impressive Master Suite also features its own private garden area with an outdoor shower.

The spectacular 13-meter / 43-ft infinity pool provides plenty of space for swimming, while a shallow relaxation area invites you to simply sit back and enjoy the Florida sunshine. A heated spa, waterfalls, and LED lighting create a beautiful atmosphere, especially in the evenings. During the cooler months, the pool can be comfortably heated using an energy-efficient heat pump.

An 82-inch TV with Dolby Surround, an 8-ft pool table, and an integrated Sonos sound system with up to 14 speakers provide excellent entertainment throughout the indoor and outdoor living areas.

The Captain’s Walk leads directly to the private boat dock and a comfortable waterfront seating area – the perfect place to enjoy a cool drink, watch the activity on the canal, and experience the spectacular sunsets of Southwest Florida.

Villa Arte Vita is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

The rental rate includes occupancy for up to 4 guests. An additional nightly fee applies for each extra guest. The energy fee is USD 25 per night.
