1. **Booking and Payment**: Guests must adhere to the booking terms and payment schedule outlined in the rental agreement. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the reservation.

2. **Check-in and Check-out Times**: Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

3. **Maximum Occupancy**: The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. This limit includes adults and children. Overcrowding is not permitted for safety and comfort reasons.

4. **No Smoking Policy**: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices. Guests may smoke outdoors in designated smoking areas, ensuring proper disposal of cigarette butts in provided receptacles.

Nice home

Very pleased with this home. Everything we needed and more! Even a welcome basket to use for New Year Eve!! Warm pool and nice seating around it. Beds fairly comfortable! Overall well worth renting! Only wish there was a pickleball court closer!!!
