Heated Pool is heated
to 85 degrees at no charge
Approximately mid-November thru May. After May 31st seasonal temperatures should keep the pool at a very comfortable level.
**Higher pool heat temperature requests will require additional daily charges on a prepaid basis** and requires advanced notice for being turned on please.

The Coffee Bar provides a Keurig, Expresso Machine and a Drip Coffee Maker. As well as a good selection of coffee pods and Teas.

Stay entertained with Xfinity Basic Cable with the Roku Television APP on large flat-screen TVs in every bedroom and in the Family-room!

Cleaning Policy:
The cleaning fee is for a standard cleaning after checkout. Please remember that this is someone’s home, and to treat it as such.
Additional cleaning fees will be charged for excessive uncleanliness, only because this is charged to us by our Cleaning team.
The $250 CLEANING FEE is for a "standard cleaning" after checkout.
