A rental agreement will be emailed to you after booking and must be signed prior to your arrival. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Kayaks are to be used at your own risk.

Security Cameras: This home is equipped with exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests, neighbors, and property. Cameras are located at the front door. Cameras monitor exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
