• A refundable security deposit of $1,500 is required. Electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit; the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Damage protection insurance up to $3,000 is automatically included with the booking.
• Pet fee: $150 per animal per stay.
• For security purposes, a doorbell camera, one camera in the garage, one camera facing the pool equipment, and one camera on the left side of the villa facing the fence gate are installed. There are no cameras inside the house or on the pool deck. Full privacy is guaranteed.
