  • Welcome to Coral Cove, a modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom waterfront home nestled along a peaceful freshwater canal in a central SW Cape Coral location. This retreat offers a private heated pool and fantastic outdoor living space ready for sun-filled days and warm evenings. Coral Cove is a great fit for families and small groups looking for a well-located Cape Coral stay.

    The home is a great home base for activities around the city and SWFL. Just a short drive away, guests can explore all kinds of attractions including Four Mile Eco Cove, Matlacha, Yacht Club Beach, SunSplash Waterpark and golf courses. Restaurants in downtown and Cape Harbour are only minutes away by car. Guests also have easy access over the bridge into Fort Myers beaches and Sanibel Island.

    Sleeping Arrangements
    - Master Bedroom: King bed, streaming TV. Ensuite bath with dual vanities, walk-around shower, and soaking tub.
    - Bedroom 2: Queen bed and streaming TV.
    - Bedroom 3: Twin-over-double bunk bed, streaming TV.
    - Guest Bathroom: Walk-in shower with pool deck access.

    The open living area is warmed by an electric fireplace surrounded by cozy seating and a streaming TV. The nearby lanai sliders can be opened up for easy indoor-outdoor living. The well-stocked kitchen includes everything needed to cook meals right at home plus counter seating for 6. Formal dining space overlooking the pool area and seats up to 8. A dedicated laundry room has a washer and dryer for easier extended stays. High-speed internet is available throughout the home.

    Enjoy your days by the sparkling electric heated pool, with 6 sun loungers and plenty of outdoor seating for soaking up the Florida sunshine. Cook out on the BBQ grill and have dinner on the outdoor dining table. Freshwater canal views and lush greenery add a scenic backdrop to the outdoor living space. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for a day trip to the sand.

    Rates & Policies
    - The base rate includes up to 4 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
    - Initial supply of consumables (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags) is provided for the first 3 to 5 days of your stay.
    - Guests are responsible for propane refills if needed. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
    - This property has exterior cameras facing the entry and driveway.
    - A prepaid electric charge is included in the reservation.

The house was beyond our expectations and when it was time to leave, all four of us agreed we would like to come back in the future. We appreciated that the house was so clean and we liked that the pool was heated and it made being in the pool very enjoyable. It was in good location easily accessible to everything, including walking to a nearby grocery store.

Early trip to Cape Coral

We were very pleased with property. We loved the floors, the furniture and comfortable beds. We came early this year so we were able to find a great house for the first week of our trip. Thanks again.

Grandioser Aufenthalt in einem perfekten Haus

Es war ein tolles Erlebnis, 6 Tage in diesem Haus zu wohnen! Alles ist sehr hochwertig und stylisch eingerichtet, es war sehr sehr sauber und einladend. Besonders hat uns der beheizbare Pool gefallen, wir waren glücklich, dass wir kurzfristig und problemlos noch eine Nacht verlängern konnten. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber, der auch immer sehr schnell geantwortet hat! Die Lage ist toll und sicher! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Better than photos show

Florian was very responsive and helpful not only before arrival but while there. This new construction is spacious and well kept. The outside pool area provided everything you need. It is a 5 minute drive to Publix supermarket and a 10-15 minute drive to the bars and restaurants in downtown Cape Coral. We definitely would rent again.

This is a beautiful house, lovelier than the online photos (which were already good). I could list everything we loved about it, but instead will single out the aspects that were unusually good. Firstly, front and slider doors - these were secure and smooth - working. It's worth mentioning this, as many of the homes we've rented (and we've rented many, many times) have had somewhat flimsy sliders and front doors that seem don't seem safe! Also iron and ironing board. Again, these were proper products, rather than table top ironing board, and the iron actually worked very well! Perhaps small things to mention, but it's the little things that can make the difference! Also found Florian great to deal with, responses quickly to emails and queries.

Amazing

We had an incredible stay at this house for our family vacation! The house was spotless, and the pool was not only clean but absolutely amazing. We couldn't recommend it enough! The kids had a blast, and the location was perfect—just a short drive from Siesta Key, which is ranked as the #1 beach in the country. If you're into pickleball or golf, you're just minutes away from some great spots. There's also a large Target and Publix nearby for anything you might need. The house truly felt like a home away from home. The kids swam in the saltwater pool at least twice a day, and the host made sure the pool was cleaned before our arrival. We honestly couldn't find anything to fault. We'll definitely be back!
