Enjoy your vacation in sunny Florida right on the beautiful lake in the beautiful south-west of Cape Coral. The house is equipped for 10 people, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge living-dining-kitchen area. It has a tropical garden with a private pool that can be heated with electrical heaters. The house is located in a very expensive and well-kept residential area, the Cape Harbor Marina area with some restaurants 2 miles away.

Rent a boat nearby at Cape Harbour and enjoy the wonderful canals and the beautiful islands of Florida. The beaches of Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel are only 20 -45 minutes away by car. Centrally located between Fort Myers and miles of island beaches, we're a 5-minute drive to lots of great food & drinks. 4 bedrooms offer a King, King, Queen, and 4 Twin beds, plus 2 large bathrooms; sleeps 10. Totally renovated in 2021 and never before listed on VRBO - come live the dream! We stayed at the house for 3 weeks the end of December and beginning of January. Last few years we have been trying different warmer climates for a few weeks, and this year was Florida. Communication with the host was excellent. Check in was easy. House and property were outstanding! Very clean and appealing. Beds were super comfortable. kitchen stocked with some useful supplies for cooking. Outdoor area with pool, hot tub, and grill were amazing. Hot tub was used a lot! Nice pond area in the back with various ducks, pelicans, and other birds. Nice area!We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this host and property. I'd give it a 10 out of 10.

Great place for families!

Safe and beautiful house. Just minutes from Ft. Myers beach and stores are literally 5minutes from the house. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dual Keurig/drip coffee maker and even a Quick pressure cooker.

From the moment we booked, the communication with Bonnie was exceptional. Bonnie was incredibly responsive and provided us with all the information we needed, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free.The attention to detail in the family accommodations was impressive. The property was meticulously clean and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Our grandchildren were absolutely thrilled with the beautiful pool, which was a highlight of our trip. They spent countless hours swimming and playing, and we loved being able to relax poolside while keeping an eye on them.Another wonderful surprise was the availability of bikes and fishing poles. We enjoyed exploring the friendly and inviting neighborhood, making for some unforgettable family bike rides. Love this house!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was exactly as described—clean and comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and personable, making the whole experience easy and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed watching the wildlife out back—it was such a peaceful touch. Highly recommend!

Everything we needed!

One of our best spring break rentals, hands down. Great location, the pool and hot tub were perfect for our group and very clean. The owner was quick to respond, but we only reached out with a question about things to do, we didn’t need to reach out because the house had everything we needed. My son even caught a fish! I will definitely go back again, highly recommend :)

Highly Recommend!

There are so many great things about this home, I almost don’t know where to start. The Location within Cape Coral is great, in the quiet SW corner, surrounded by very nice homes, sunrise view, nice breezes. The house is very clean, nicely decorated, extra comfy bed, lots of towels, well stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is awesome, great pool and hot tub, comfy furniture, outdoor dining, all within a screened enclosure. Loved that there were bikes and beach furniture provided in the garage. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.

It was a nice house and with the beach chairs, towels and a small cooler that was available cut down on items we needed to bring or buy. The suggestion of Lobster Lady for a meal was excellent! The pool was great for just relaxing and chatting in the evenings.

Beautiful, relaxing home-away-from-home and very clean! Bonnie was amazing and I wanted to abscond with the adorable water-side birds that entertained us (quietly) all week, but left them for the next guests to enjoy! : )

Retirement Vacation

Thanks for hosting our family of 10 in your home. Grandkids enjoyed the pool with the adults & also enjoying the hot tub. Property was very clean and had great amenities, location is wonderful & close to many great restaurants. Lovely outdoor area and pool, man made pond where my daughter enjoyed the ducks greeting her every morning. Host was available to answer any questions you might have & was very friendly. I would rent this home again is very beautiful.

Family vacation

The property was very nice. Super well equipped. Probably the most well equipped property we've ever stayed at! Having coffee, sugar and spices was so awesome. Also the beach equipment meant we didn't have to travel with ours which made things so very convenient. The house was a good size for our family of 4 which meant we didn't have to be crowded together all the time. Finally we absolutely adored the pool and lanai area! We could have easily spent the whole trip right there.

Exactly what we were looking for

This home is perfect, great furniture, great space, all the rooms including the kitchen are well prepared and stocked. Owners are amazing at providing feedback and giving advice about the area, and answering questions about the home. The neighborhood is quite and safe, the perfect setting for a relaxing week, or a family retreat. The outside space is large open to the lake behind the home, the area is full of birds and other wildlife that just add to the serenity. A perfect vacation place and we will be back soon!

Loved it

We loved the house. It’s in a great location that is close to everything that you could need. The kids absolutely loved the pool. Bonnie keeps in close contact if you have any concerns. It was great that there are beach chairs and umbrellas available to use as well. We hope to visit again.

Cockroaches an Tripping hazard.

The house is nice. But we never used the kitchen due to finding cockroaches in cupboards, on dishes, and on the countertops. They come out from the crack between the countertop and the edge over hang. Also inside the dishwasher. They were also in front entrance inside, and on front door, lanai and garage. We also found the beds to be quite uncomfortable. We would get back after 9pm most nights and wanted to enjoy the pool, but the pool lights would not stay on after 9:45 or 10:00 pm. Disappointing place to stay for many reasons. There are baseboards missing in the one guest bedroom. And our daughter tripped over the covered cord in the living room, which she did not see, and injured her wrist and knees, when falling on the hard tiled floor. That is a very bad place to run any cord across.

Perfect house in the best location

The house is located in a great neighborhood and close to restaurants and stores. The view of the lake in the backyard is stunning and there is so much wild life to watch. The owners were very easily reached and answered any questions we had quickly. They also supplied so many great things to help us enjoy our stay even more such as coolers and beach chairs. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the nice hot tub. We were so close to so many amazing locations, beaches, and things to do. Our entire stay was absolutely amazing!! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Home

Many thanks Denny and Bonnie for sharing your wonderful home. My husband and I stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The home had everything we needed, everything appeared brand-new, and the best part was the pool, dining and sitting area on the lanai. Listening to and watching the wildlife around the lake was so relaxing and enjoyable. The neighborhood was so quiet and absolutely beautiful, we took a walk every evening past the canal bridge down the road and saw the most beautiful sunsets. We saw dolphins playing in the canal several times. I would suggest this home to anyone that wants the quiet yet is close to great restaurants and the beach.
