The pool area does have a pool safety fence to keep your little ones safe. This can be removed if preferred, please inquire at booking. The back yard is also completely fenced in so your little ones can play while keeping them safe!

This piece of paradise has 4 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. Each bathroom has an extra large shower, and a very large double vanity. The Primary bathroom also has a soaking tub. The other Full bathroom has access out to the pool. All closets in this home are HUGE and professionally built out with custom shelving. A very nice, Full-Size air mattress is available, sleeps 2 people, and comfortably fits in the Primary Bedroom or Living Room.

On the residence is 2 coconut trees, 2 avocado trees, a lime tree, and a lemon tree. While they are still young, if you see a fruit, feel free to gently take it off the tree.

There are some complimentary waters already chilled in the fridge, along with complimentary k-cups for the Keurig. This is the perfect place to spend your vacation with family and friends! Every detail was taken into account to create an atmosphere where you can enjoy your vacation and feel at home!

If there are extra guests that you are wanting to have stay with you at this home during your stay, please contact me for approval when making your reservation and we can add on an extra price per person. The number of guests in the house cannot exceed the number of guests in your reservation confirmation without prior approval. If more occupants are found at the property at any time, all guests will be removed from the property without a refund.
-Early check in is available for $50/hour for every hour before 4pm.
-Must be 30 years old to book, Photo ID may be required upon check in.
