THINGS TO KNOW



Parking Notice:

The City of Cape Coral prohibits boat trailers, recreational vehicles, and boats from being parked at the property. Any fines or violations resulting from noncompliance will be the responsibility of the guest.



Pool & Spa Heating:

Pool heat is available from October 1 through May 1 for an additional fee of $32 per day, plus tax. Heating the pool also includes use of the attached heated spa.



From May 1 through October 1, guests may choose to heat the spa only for the same fee of $32 per day, plus tax.
