We entered the house around ten p m and instantly smelled human urine. We brought our dogs into the house and went to sleep to our surprise A majority of the urine smell was coming from the mattress box spring, and master bedroom floor.. i left Heather and my animals there for 7 days and told her to call the property manager.. She did not feel comfortable having any one in the house unless I was there. So when I returned back to Cape coral, she called and left a message about everything that was wrong with the house. However, the owner or property manager indicated that we were the cause of the smell.And why did it take so long for us to reach out to anyone. They sent a cleaning lady over that had zero experience with cleaning up biohazard. Mind you, I own a restoration and construction company, and we do hazmat.Cleaning all the time so I knew exactly what needed to be done.However none of this was completed. All the cleaning lady did was spray.The toilets with bleach and swept the bathroom floors. She told me at some point in time that the owner would have to change the mattress. A new mattress finally showed up days later.However, it seemed to be our responsibility to unpack it and place it on the bed. Keep in mind that we also sent photos of the box springs.Having urine stains on them as well, and the floor also had urine in it.The smell never went away through our entire stay. As a restoration professional, you are trained to see problems in a house.This house also had m
