Located in Capbreton, this 150 m² villa comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite on the ground floor features a 160 cm bed and a private bathroom. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds share a bathroom. An extra bed can be added on request in one of the bedrooms to host 7 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, a washing machine, and a fan in each bedroom.



Outside, relax in the private garden with both covered and open terraces, perfect for unwinding or sharing a meal around the private barbecue. The villa is ideally located just 900 m from the beach, in the quiet Writers’ Quarter, near the golf course and local markets.
