IMPORTANT INFORMATION:



- Minimum Age

The booking is reserved for adults (18 years minimum).

- Booking Holder

The person making the booking must be present during the stay.

- Mandatory Documents Before Arrival

A copy of the identity card and a holiday insurance certificate must be sent before the start of the stay.

- Cleanliness of the Accommodation

The accommodation must be returned in a normal state of cleanliness.

In the event of non-compliance, additional charges of €150 may be invoiced.

- Animals

In the event of damage or animal faeces in the accommodation or outside, a flat rate of €300 may be applied.

- Swimming pool available from 1 May to 30 September. Heating activated only if the weather allows maintaining a stable water temperature
