In case of damage or animal droppings in the accommodation or outside, a flat fee of £300 may be applied.

In the event of abnormal nuisance or disturbance to public order, we invite travellers to contact the competent authorities (Municipal Police or law enforcement), who are the only ones authorised to intervene, whilst informing us of the situation so that we can, to the extent possible, assist you.
