The location is really good facing the sea from which you can enjoy a beautiful and bright view, you exit the apartment and you are already on the beach or, in the evening, in 5 minutes walking you are in the historic center, we are surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarket, everything is there. I remind you that, as written on the Expedia website, we only rent the apartment and we are not a hotel, so if you want hotel services and a reception open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week you have to book in a hotel and not in the apartment. Our reception is usually open at least two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon and in any case there is almost always someone on site (me or one of my representatives) ready to meet the customer's requests. We checked, in the apartment all the equipment works perfectly, neither the previous family nor the current one have complained. In the apartment there are French balconies with large sliding glass doors that, once opened, make the whole apartment a terrace. As for the equipment of the apartment (crockery, cutlery, etc.) we put a standard because each customer has different requests and it is impossible to please everyone and have what you have at home, however we will follow his advice and in addition to the water glasses we will also put wine glasses. Very problematic family, of those that no hotelier would like to have. Given the very positive reviews of other customers, no further comments are needed. Some mistakes we can always do, we are human, we always accept suggestions to improve our structure, but these suggestions must be constructive and not manifestly specious.
