"It was very hot outside during our stay, 90+ degrees, and the penthouse restaurant had the patio door open every time we went up to dine, making the restaurant unbearably warm for dinner. We even extended for an additional night. The communication with the management was very prompt and professional. So happy I got to experience Baltimore in this way.
