"Thermostats had inconsistent heating throughout our entire stay. I reached out to the property manager daily, was assured the problem would be fixed. It was not. Our final day I was promised a response and never got one other than a reminder of the check out process. I responded questioning if the heater had been fixed no response. After checking out they sent the standard review request which I replied with my frustration regarding the heater and lack of communication / follow through. I was...

"None of the televisions worked and the big bath towels were like car cleaning towels! Lol! Over all, it was a nice stay, no real problems! And we did feel SAFE most of all! "

"This was a great space, my granddaughter had a soccer tournament- the facility was right across the street. It was a nice clean space for for 3 generations to gather and share fun times hanging out in the playroom and watching movies and getting beat at ping pong The whirlpool tub was absolutely amazing Host communication were great and helpful"

Great location in relation to local towns and areas we wanted to visit during our stay. Close to Canton for Pro Football Hall of Fame. We ate at local hibachi restaurants, went to local grille’s and also a brewery nearby. Being across the street from a playground also helped with the kids. Area was great.
