"I have stayed here in the past and was so happy I returned again. This is the best hotel in the area, with plenty of hot water and strong pressure, cold a/c and clean rooms. It's very difficult to find all of this in one hotel at a great price.

"It was a great experience the place was breathtaking so peaceful and beautiful. Super easy to get around on foot private car or a taxi. Sergio was very helpful with places to go visit, dinner or just downtown in general he also recommended a taxi guy to move around who was very professional and friendly. Sergio was available for any questions via WhatsApp at all times which was awesome. The hotel also provides a private boat tour to el cañón del sumidero which was amazing since its available...

"Quite Nice looking hotel with some maintanance issue. Elevator out of order and smell from aircondition. The hotel promotes their pool as a selling point, which was a factor in our choice. The pool looks Nice, but the water is way to cold to enjoy it. Thus a planmed day Staying back in the hotel to rest, was a dissapointment.
Breakfast buffet is Nice and has good variety."
