There is ample off-street parking as well as street parking directly in front of the property, making arrival and departures easy. Please note: the interior of the garage is not available for guest use.

 • This is a tourist excursion train, not a commuter service.
 • Free parking is available near the depot.

We kindly ask guests to treat the home and grounds with care so future travelers can enjoy them as well. Quiet hours are observed in the evenings to respect our neighbors and preserve the peaceful setting.

While the garage is not available for guest use, you’ll find plenty of convenient off-street and street parking.

Families and groups will appreciate the spacious layout, but please note that stairs are required to access some bedrooms.

Whether you’re here for adventure, relaxation, or quality time together, this home is designed to be your comfortable base in Cañon City.

Guests will be charged a $175 cleaning fee and a $250 damage deposit. The damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damage is done to the property.
