"The room pretty much ticked all the boxes for me. everything in very good condition, well maintained, very clean room and bathroom. Very reasonably priced. Bath/shower, small touches like biscuit with the tea/coffee kit, and real soap, no nasty squirty dispensers.
It is over a pub, so some conversations audible until 11pm, but not to a problem level, and no restaurant, but plenty of food options within easy walking distance. Pub looked fine as well."

"Room 135 is above the kitchen, the hotel knows it makes the room vibrate until 21.30, but don't vare about it. I was promised a compensation, but got nothing. They just wanted me in and out as quick as possible. I am not comming back.

The dining room is in the pub and the decor is eclectic. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful."

"we were in Mirfield for a party, my mum and dads apartment only had room for my wife and I so my too adult child stayed at the Monastery. It is literally a 2 minutes drive from the centre of Mirfield. The staff were very helpful, the rooms are basic but clean and tidy. My boys didn’t use the breakfast facilities but the looked very good. and check in and out was a doddle.

The property was generally in very good condition, except some damage to the sofa cushion and a blind pull was unattached. Good bed, excellent shower and large TV. Some welcome gifts (tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, spounge) were very helpful. The room was made up each night too which I didn't expect. Overall very good and perfect for my business stay."
