The Space
Enjoy this bright, spacious condo in one of Canmore’s best-kept buildings. The thoughtful layout offers privacy to both bedrooms, separated by the common living room, making this an ideal space to share with friends. Each bedroom is furnished with a comfy king size bed, and the large, south-facing balcony can be accessed from every room. A sofa bed is available in the living room, perfect for the kids or extra guests.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters is perfect whether you want to cook up a storm, or enjoy a quiet breakfast at home. If you’d rather eat out, Canmore’s many restaurants are a short walk away.

I will miss this place! Didn’t want to leave actually. Really appreciated the thoughtful touches Kyle provided in his unit - the Banff Park pass, the well-stocked kitchen, the toiletries fixed to the shower wall, and much more. Although we didn’t use all the little extras, it gave peace of mind that they were there. Kyle was also a very responsive host - lovely to communicate with. Thank you Kyle!!!

This place was awesome for our trip! Ample room for everyone and really appreciated the park pass and mitt dryer!!! The kitchen was well stocked with the proper utensils and cookware.The kids really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and I enjoyed the car wash!We will definitely consider booking this place again!

Excellent property. The host was just fantastic. Super clean, had a lot of goodies to make my family comfortable. My wife and kids totally loved the place. Free heated underground parking, heated pool and TWO hot tubs!! I’ve stayed in several apartments in Canmore - this is now our best place. Thanks Kyle for making us feel at home.

Kyle is an excellent host. This is the second time we have stayed at his property this year. It is always so comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed. The beds are insanely comfortable, even the sofa bed! The hot tubs are so clean and hot, which was a really nice treat after a day of skiing. My 13-year-old noted, “The TVs were great and the beds were comfortable.” The adults really appreciated the coffee, service and amenities like a well equipped kitchen with some basics provided so that we did not have to spend more at the store. Kyle is an exceptionally responsive host and you’re sure to have a great time here. He’s a wealth of knowledge about the local area and always willing to provide great recommendations. The location is excellent, and the views are outstanding. Thanks, Kyle!

The condo was just what we needed for our two week stay. It is close enough to the town center to walk either on sidewalks or on the lovely trail by either the spring creek path or by the bow river. Also there was a wonderful path behind the condos that went under the highway with multiple paths up the hill. Having underground parking was great as it rained and snowed while we were there. The condo was well equipped and the views of the Three Sisters and other mountains from the balcony was awesome. Canmore is a lovely town with great restaurants in easy walking distance. Having the National Park pass was the cherry on top as it saved us both time and money entering all the parks nearby. Kyle was always very responsive Definitely recommend this condo.

Gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable place to stay! Top floor and very quiet and private. I judge a place a lot on quality of he beds and I had the best sleep in months here. Beds were so comfortable! kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with many nice touches including some fresh cooking essentials and generous toiletries. Kyle was very generous in sharing information about the area helped us explore some lovely hikes. The best part of the place is that it included bear spray and a Banff Parks pass. Having the past saved us tons of time waiting in line to buy one in traffic and money too. Would love to stay here again. It had absolutely everything we needed and so many extras. Kyle was a wonderful host!! The balcony was great for morning coffee and has a beautiful Quaking Alder tree at as well as extensive views of the local Canadian Rockies. Thank you for generously sharing your space with us, Kyle!

Perfect condo & Perfect host

My sister and I stayed for a week at Kyle’s beautiful condo. I must say from the very beginning Kyle’s communication was excellent and he always texted me back in a timely manner with any information that I needed. The condo was clean, well kept, and had everything that we needed and a few things we didn’t expect. We had three wonderful excursions and the condo got us to all of them fairly easily. I would definitely recommend Kyle‘s condo as a place to stay in Canmore. I hope that I can return to this beautiful country again soon.

Beautiful, clean condo with great mountain views.

We were so happy we choose to stay in this condo as our base to explore the area. We appreciated that the condo had everything we needed for our family of 4. Nice quiet spot, with a big balcony that we used even in March. We appreciated the convenient underground parking. The hot tubs and heated pool were always clean and fun to use! The beds were super comfortable and the unit has a nice set-up with bedrooms on either side of the unit. Kyle made check-in easy and was available for any questions. I would highly recommend this condo! Fingers crossed we can make it back one day to Canmore.

Breath of fresh air.

Place was super clean, with all the amenities that one would need,Short 20 min walk to the heart of Canmore. The heated pool was a nice surprise and the hot tubs were a nice way to cap off a long day. The view from all rooms were spectacular. The only negatives were the lack of water pressure in main bathroom, the door in the second could have swung the opposite way to allow better access. We had to sweep off the balcony to be able to enjoy that space. Definitely would recommend and stay again without hesitation.

Would book again!

My husband and I, along with my brother and sister-in-law, stayed at the condo for a week. Usually I try to leave a review that says something about the rental that was left out of the description, but Kyle left nothing out of his description - even included a floor plan! Having said that, if you like the looks of the condo and its description, you will not be disappointed. If the patio looks a little small, it is not. There was room for the four of us, no problem. After some busy days, it was nice to relax on the patio. We drove to downtown and never had a problem with finding parking, good restaurants in Canmore. We liked The Mineshaft, but there were other good restaurants too. Parking in Banff is a challenge, as you have probably heard. The free parking is not very close to the shopping, and finding parking ($$) is nearly impossible. If you are thinking of a gondola ride, I recommend Sunshine Village. If you are a "flat-lander" from the Midwest USA, beware that trails described as "easy/moderate' are more like "difficult" or "rugged". Not impossible, just take a little longer than described. Don't miss the Kananaskis Highway or the infamous Icefield Highway. If you like glaciers you will not be disappointed! Again, Kyle was a great host, answered all my questions, has a lovely condo, and we want to go back!

Wow!! Book it!!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but we returned to the states about three hours ago and wanted to make sure I left a review (or I’d forget). Not sure where to start? No check-in— Kyle sent us the code to the pool, parking garage, and room the day before. Condo was immaculate. Bedding was some of the best I’ve slept on. They had everything in the kitchen— even chopsticks for sushi!! (And a sushi knife!!) Also, you’re a 3 minute drive from downtown Canmore and could easily walk it in 15 minutes. The kids swam in the pool and used the hot tubs every night after excursions. Grills on the patio were awesome! I knew I made the right choice when Kyle checked in with me the 2nd day to make sure everything was good! The complex was beautiful— nothing against Banff proper, but every local we spoke with said Canmore is the place to stay! And you’re literally 20 minutes from Banff. We’re coming back, Kyle!! Thank you again for helping to make magical memories with my family as we hung out in the spacious living room / patio and caught up and looked at the beautiful mountains after long days out and about.

Great Condo in Canmore

My young adult kids and I stayed in Canmore for a week. The sofa bed was comfortable for my 20-year old daughter. In- suite laundry was very nice to have as well. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all three of us. Kyle was very responsive to my questions. Highly recommend!

The view is beautiful! Everything in the unit is in great condition and very clean. Working with the property manger was outstanding! You can access the river walks and pathway system right across the street and get into downtown or restaurants in minutes. Any question we had was replied to instantly! Thank you sooooo much. Beautiful Mountain View’s cozy condo

Everything was very clean, abundance of handy items in the pantry and closets. You need nothing ! Very comfortable beds and comfortable pull out couch good enough for adults too. Cozy small condo with enough room for our party of 3. Gorgeous Mountain View with large Mountain View balcony. New appliances & fluffy towels!
