Welcome to your spacious and fully equipped two-bedroom, two-bathroom mountain retreat at ML Rocky Mountain Properties. Designed for comfort, convenience, and a stress-free stay, our unit offers everything you need to feel at home while enjoying the beauty of Canmore.
Sleeping Arrangements:
- Master Bedroom – Features a king-size bed with plush linens, ample closet space, and an en-suite bathroom for privacy and convenience. - Second Bedroom – Offers a queen-size bed with soft bedding and a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. - Additional Sleeping Space – The living room sofa pulls out into a full-size bed, providing extra sleeping arrangements for guests.
Bathrooms & Amenities:
Both bathrooms are stocked with high-quality toiletries to ensure a refreshing and relaxing experience. Provided for each guest:
- Dove Shampoo & Conditioner – Gentle, nourishing, and suitable for all hair types. - Olay Body Wash – Moisturizing and lightly scented for a clean, fresh feel. - Hand Soap – Available at all sinks for guest convenience. - Towels – A full set of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths is provided for each guest.
For added convenience, we also provide two laundry pods to use in the in-unit washer and dryer, so you can freshen up clothes during your stay.
Fully Stocked Kitchen & Coffee Bar:
Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full meal, our kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials, including:
- Full Coffee Bar – Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee each morning with a selection of ground coffee, tea, sugar, and coffee filters. A drip coffee maker and kettle are available for guest use. - Cooking Essentials – Provided to make meal prep easy, including cooking spray, aluminum foil, parchment paper, and zip-lock bags. - Dishwasher – A full-size dishwasher is available to keep your kitchen tidy, with dishwasher pods included.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to everything in the unit, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The entire condo is yours to enjoy, including the fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and in-suite laundry.
The only restricted areas are:
- Locked Door Near the Front Entrance – This is a private storage space for housekeeping and maintenance supplies. - Locked Closet in the Secondary Bedroom – Used for owner storage and not accessible to guests.
In-Suite Laundry:
For added convenience, guests have access to a washer and dryer inside the unit. This is perfect for refreshing clothes after a day of hiking, skiing, or exploring Canmore.
- Two laundry pods are provided for your use. - The washer and dryer are easy to use with simple settings for quick or deep cleaning cycles.
Please remember to clean out the dryer lint trap after each use to ensure efficient drying and safety.

Guest Rules & Policies:
A $250-$500 refundable damage deposit is required at the start of your booking. Deductions may be made for rule violations, property damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning.
1. No Smoking or Vaping: - Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the patio, and anywhere within the building. Any violation will result in additional cleaning fees, loss of deposit, and immediate eviction.
2. No Pets: - No pets are allowed inside the unit or on the property. Any evidence of pets will result in additional cleaning fees, loss of deposit, and immediate eviction.
3. Noise & Disturbance Policy: - Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. - No loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior at any time. - If noise complaints are received, guests will be warned once. A second violation results in eviction without refund.
4. No Unauthorized Guests, Parties, or Gatherings: - Only registered guests on the reservation may stay overnight. - No house parties, events, or large gatherings. - Any violations will result in eviction, loss of deposit, and legal consequences if necessary.
5. Security Deposit & Property Damage: - Any damage to the unit, furniture, appliances, or fixtures will be deducted from the deposit. - Missing or stolen items will be charged accordingly, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
6. Garbage & Recycling: - All garbage and recycling must be disposed of in the underground garage bins before check-out. - Improper disposal may result in additional cleaning charges.
7. Pool & Fitness Center Rules: - Access is granted via your key card. - No glass, food, or alcohol is allowed in the pool area. - Proper swimwear is required. - Guests violating rules may have access revoked.
8. Parking Rules: - Underground parking is first-come, first-served; no assigned spots. - Vehicles must be locked at all times. - ML Rocky Mountain Properties is not responsible for theft, damage, or towing fees.
9. Lighting, Heating & Appliance Use: - Turn off all lights, TVs, and electronics when not in use. - Set thermostats to 68-70°F before check-out. - Unplug all fans and small appliances before leaving.
10. Fire Safety: - No open flames, candles, or space heaters are allowed. - Tampering with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, or emergency equipment will result in eviction.
11. No Illegal Activity: - The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. - Any drug-related activity will be reported to law enforcement and result in immediate eviction.
12. Security & Building Safety: - Always lock doors and windows when leaving the unit. - Do not share your key card with anyone outside your group. - Report suspicious activity to guest support or building security.
13. Wi-Fi & Streaming Services: - Guests are responsible for logging out of personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Prime, etc.). - We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your accounts after check-out.
14. Maintenance & Reporting Issues: - Report plumbing, electrical, or appliance issues immediately. - Guests may be held responsible for unreported damages that worsen due to negligence.
15. Check-Out Compliance: - Guests must follow all check-out procedures to avoid additional charges. - Excessive mess requiring additional cleaning will result in deductions from the deposit. - Lost or unreturned key cards may result in a replacement fee.
