The space
Step out to our private balcony and you'll be greeted by a stunning view of The Three Sisters, one of Canmore's most famous and beautiful mountain ranges!

Our stylish brand new renovated loft home looks out at the spectacular Canadian Rocky Mountains. The condo features two bedrooms, the main with a King sized bed, and the loft feature custom built-in bunk bed sets, one Queen over Queen w/ stair access and the other is a Twin XL over Twin XL bunk w/ ladder access. Enjoy our private balcony stunning mountain views & Gas BBQ! There is a fully stocked kitchen where you can cook a delicious meal , 2 bathrooms w/ in-floor heating, and in-suite laundry!

Our home comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 King size bed in the main bedroom, custom built Queen size bunk bed & twin XL bunk beds in the loft space and a queen fold out couch in the living room. All beds complete with fresh clean sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, spices, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, oven, and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:

1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.

2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.

3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.

Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.

There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

We had a great stay at this Canmore condo! There were lots of beds, which made it super convenient for our family. The pool was a big hit—our kids spent hours in it every day. The hot tub was nice too, though it would’ve been even better if it were a bit bigger. Overall, it was a great rental and a fun base for our ski trip.

We loved every moment of our stay. Close to the main entrance without all the craziness of the park. Restaurants within walking distance. Comfy bed and lots of space.

While this property looks great, it should not be advertized as sleeping 10 poeple. The condition of the sofa bed was unacceptable. Without a mattress, you couldnot properly put a bottom sheet on the bed and so there was no way to secure bedding in a satisfactory manner. This did not qualify as a proper bed. The sofa, when not in use as a bed, was uncomfortable for sitting on and there was not enough comfortable seating in the condo for hanging out. The strange angles of the fireplace wall meant that using the TV was impossible for comfortable viewing and the King sized bed in the master bedroom was too big for the space making navigating around it challenging. Overall, way too high a price for such uncomfortable beds, seating and general design.

The location of the loft is perfect. It was a short walk to the local bus stop which is the best way to travel into Banff national park. It was very easy getting around using the Roam bus system. The loft also was close to several restaurants, coffee shops, and stores for any of your needs whether you walk or drive there. Plenty of hiking trails close by if you want to stay in Canmore.

The room was so amazing, and beautiful. Very clean and well kept. It is very family friendly with hot tubs, and bunk beds. There was a spacious kitchen and living room area. The decor was very modern and pleasant. I would totally recommend to anyone who’s got a big family and wants something that feels just like home.

The unit is on the top floor, it was quiet and stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels and the bed was so comfy. Enough space for a whole family even though we didn't use the upstairs. It was all recently renovated so it is clean and fresh! Perfect location for seeing the national park. The hot tubs were great, too!

I spent quite awhile searching through listings to find the perfect property for my family, and I'm glad I landed on this one! We were sent the check-in details a few days before we were scheduled to arrive. The instructions were super detailed and easy to follow. The condo itself was bright, clean, and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs, and we had more than enough linens and towels. I also loved that there was in-suite laundry. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool as well. There is also parking located in the (gated) underground garage. My one complaint (and I did not deduct any stars because I don't feel like it's fair to the owners) is that the condo got very warm in the afternoon (approx. 30 degrees C inside). The owners provided 2 fans, and both the master bedroom, and the upstairs loft had an A/C unit. While we were there, temperatures were in the mid-30s outside, so the main living area was very warm. It did not affect us too much because we were usually gone for most of the day. When we got home, we would open the balcony door and it would start to cool when the sun went down. I feel like the owners have done everything they can to make the condo as comfortable as possible. Michael and Katrina were great hosts, and were quick to answer any questions we had. I would definitely stay again!
