OUR VILLA:

- Our well-equipped fully kitchenette features a small 3 burners stove, microwave, oven, and cooking pots.
- If you prefer to try more option for breakfast, our staff will be happy to assist you for a delivery from the famous cafes in our neighborhood: Fine by Satu Satu and Bagels, with an additional fee.
- Discover comfort in our 2 bedrooms that accommodate up to 4 people. Master bedroom boasts its own ensuite, TV, and AC unit. Please note that the 2nd bedroom offers the same luxurious finishes as the others, albeit in a more intimate space and private balcony. The master bedroom is a true highlight, featuring a stunning bathtub. You can also use 1 extra floor matress in the living room, if necessary.
- For entertainment, we provide a PlayStation 5, perfect for gaming enthusiasts of all ages. Whether you're challenging your friends to a virtual showdown or simply unwinding with your favorite game, our villa offers endless entertainment options. Moreover, the big smart TV just perfect to have a movie night after a day strolling around the beaches.

Throughout your stay, our dedicated staff will be at your service, ensuring every detail is taken care of. From personalized assistance to expert recommendations, we strive to create a seamless and unforgettable experience. Let us curate a stay that surpasses your expectations, leaving you with cherished memories. We have a full time Property Manager, who will be available to assist you, during your stay. We also have a full time housekeeper Monday - Saturday, a pool staff and a gardener twice a week, also full time security. Our housekeeper has been instructed to disinfect all surfaces and ensure correct cleaning protocols.

AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST: If you need a cot, high chair etc, we can organise this to be in the villa during your stay, at an additional cost. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to arrange this.

OTHER NOTES: We have a dedicated House Manager, who can assist you with any issues during your stay at the villa. For month long stays or longer, daily cleaning will reduce to every second day, linen change 1 time per week and garden/pool cleaning 2 times per week. Your well-being and health is our top priority, so please rest assured, we have implemented hygiene controls and cleaning procedures.
