Guest access
During your stay, the entire villa is exclusively yours. You will have private access to all areas, including:

The villa is professionally hosted, with 24/7 support available should you need anything. Please note, there is a small, restricted storage area on the property that is only accessible by our staff.

* ID Requirement: To comply with local regulations, a copy of a government-issued ID (e.g., Passport) must be submitted for all guests before or during check-in.
* Potential for Noise: Due to our central location and potential nearby construction, some ambient noise may be present. The noise level cannot be predicted.
* Tropical Environment: As Bali is a tropical island, you may encounter harmless local creatures like geckos and mosquitoes. We provide insect repellent for your comfort.
* Power Outages: Occasional, area-wide power outages may occur. The property is not equipped with a backup generator.
* Personal Belongings: Please ensure the safety of your personal items. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings.
* A Home, Not a Hotel: You are staying in a private home. We kindly ask that you treat the space with respect. While we do not have staff living on-site 24/7, we will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
* Cleaning Service: Cleaning is provided, with the frequency subject to the length of your stay.
* Additional Services (for an extra charge): We can help arrange breakfast service, airport transfers, tours, car/motorbike rentals, in-villa spa services, baby cots, and special setups (e.g., flower decorations). Please inquire for details.
Additional Information:

ID: A copy of the Government issued ID (Passport) needs to be submitted before or during checkin to comply to local regulations.

Notice: Please note that some noise may be present (noise level cant be predicted) due to its location & construction nearby, but the villa’s appeal and convenience make it a worthwhile choice.

Power Outages: Occasional power outages may occur due to central supply issues. Please note that backup generators are not available in the property.

Please remember that you`re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

• Accidents do happen, in case anything breaks request to report to our staff.
• Quiet- 09:00 pm to 06:00 am with respect to neighbors
• No Drugs (crime in Indonesia) for your own safety.
• For any long term reservations >= 10 nights the House keeping policy is different.
• For any reservation >= 2 weeks a 10% refundable security deposit will be kept on or before check in & for reservations >27 days the electricity cost will be additional.
• Smoking is only allowed outside
• There will be additional charge for Early check in & late checkout and subject to availability.
