The corner apartment faces south and east (sea side), shaded by the awning, in the center of Canet-Plage, 10 km east of Perpignan and 45 km from Spain, on the Mediterranean’s sandy coast.

Canet-Plage is a lively resort all year, famous for its exceptional 4 km sandy beach, wide and gently sloping—perfect for all water activities. A secure, guarded underground car park is 20 meters away (highly recommended in summer). A parking space is available for an extra fee. Arrivals are not possible after 8 pm or before 8 am the next day.
