The sleeping area features two comfortable sofa beds and a bunk bed that children particularly love, allowing everyone to have their own space.

The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare meals just like at home, with a large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, and gas stove.

The bathroom includes a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, as well as a toilet.

You will especially appreciate the spacious terrace, a true extension of the living area, ideal for outdoor dining, enjoying an aperitif, or simply soaking up the sunny climate of Canet Plage.

The residence also offers a swimming pool to cool off during hot summer days and a private parking space for your convenience and peace of mind.

The property must be returned clean and in good condition.

End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. However, a cleaning service can be requested up to 72 hours before departure (price available upon request).

A security deposit is required for your stay. A payment link will be sent 10 days before your arrival and must be completed before check-in (no cash or cheques accepted).

We accept Holiday Vouchers (Chèques Vacances).

This property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
