The location is ideal: 40 minutes by car from the beaches of Costa Brava and Barcelona city, and just ten minutes from public transport, including the train, so a car is not necessary. The apartment is on a very quiet street, less than ten minutes’ walk from the beach.



Thanks to its excellent location, you can easily visit both Barcelona and the Costa Brava. The train station is less than ten minutes’ walk from the house and offers frequent service to Barcelona’s city center. If you have a car, you can also visit the famous beaches and coves of the Costa Brava, with Lloret de Mar just 30 km away.



The property offers uncovered parking for one car.



The apartment is in a residential area where, according to local regulations, loud music and loud talking are not allowed after 10 p.m. (Friday and Saturday nights) and after 9 p.m. on other days. Please be considerate of neighbors to ensure a peaceful stay. Parties are not allowed. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted. Check-in is not allowed for guests under 25 years old.
