godt køkken og god personlig service
Flot hotel med derjligt personale, som var super søde over for os og vores 9½ måned gamle søn. Personalet tog sig tit af ham når vi havde hænderne fulde. fantastisk.

Set in a prime location, the property boasts a team of respectful and caring staff. The service effortlessly meets the high standards. Our 4-night stay was enhanced by delightful meals at their restaurant, 'The Square,' where both the food and service were impeccable. A standout was Milan, one of the waiters, whose warm smile and attentive care enriched our experience. The rooms were cozy, well-kept by diligent housekeeping throughout our visit. In summary, it was a splendid experience, highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay.

Decent hotel, but terrible location
Got great service from the hotel staff. Breakfast buffet was good. But the rooms were small. Location was bad. Candolim beach is 1km away and easily walkable, but it's extremely difficult to commute to far away beaches if you don't have a personal vehicle. Taxis at and around the hotel are ridiculously overpriced. Goamiles app doesn't work.

Normally it’s a great place to stay However this visit was not so good The room was not clean The ac was not working till 4 am The mattress and pillows were old and lumpy So it was a wasted trip

Nice rooms. Great location. Kind staff
Nice spacious rooms. Very comfy bed. Good Aircon. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. Nice breakfast buffet. Nice pool with bar area, Sid behind bar kept us well supplied with nice drinks and good conversation. Right in the middle of the bars and restaurants and short walk to beach.

The property has a great vibe! Everything was in order except that the floors where our rooms were located had seepage due to heavy rainfall and the floors were wet and the entire corridore was smelly and covered with towels to soak the water in. Rest it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay overall

Roach infested , roaches in the rooms, in the towels. The housekeeping staff saw it too. They been spraying bug spray which makes property stinks . Over priced, They have Spruced up Lobby but rooms & furnishings needs upgrades, seems very old & unkept. Our linen had dirty stains on pillows , we had to get it replaced. We had 2 rooms for 3 days , we moved into down the road for rest of our stay . What we endured at this place for the price I expect some compensation back from Expedia or the Hotel owner. Worst experience ever .

Unhygienic facility.
Novotel is an average hotel. Nothing great other than the reception and lobby area. Hotel rooms had a smell of dampness all around, room was dirty which even after request was not cleaned properly. Service is average. I wanted to stay for long but left the hotel in 1 day only due to these issues.

Value For Money and Convenient Location.
The Novotel Goa Candolim is very conveniently located. The hotel looks a bit tierd and in need of up keep and renovation. Fixtures and fittings were old and need maintenance. It was a short over night stay for us, so did not get to use many facilities. Breakfast was decent and well layed out. Overall not bad and value for money.

Good as long as you dont stay inside the room
the place is really built for beach resort, meaning you are not supposed to stay inside the room - power failure was so often that it isnt even funny - design of the bathroom was terrible with every shower flooding the place - the table given was just a slab of wood, hardly enough for a laptop

Very well maintained property and definitely best option if you are visiting with kids. Kids have all the options in the hotel itself like swimming pools, play area, sports etc.

Best hotel in candolim
The stay at the hotel was fabulous. Hotel staff was too friendly and faithful as i lost my airpods and got it returned next day as it was kept safe by the cleaning staff.

Our Stay was really good and satisfactory. Hotel location is very good. The only thing disappointed us was Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. They seriously need to change their main chef. Food Options , Taste and Quality was very bad.

Friendly staff, great location
Staff is very friendly and helpful ( especially front desk person Ajitesh), property is also well maintained and at great location. Although I would expect rooms with better interior for the rating of it as 5 star hotel.
