Enjoy a perfect getaway in this cozy vacation home for 3 people, located in a quiet residential area of Candelaria, in the southeast of Tenerife.



The modular home has a sunny terrace ideal for enjoying Tenerife's privileged climate. Its small but charming private pool (2 x 2 m, 1.2 m deep) is perfect for cooling off at any time of the day. In addition, it has 2 loungers and 2 umbrellas, creating a relaxation corner where sun and calm are the protagonists.



The interior is designed to offer comfort and style. A spacious living-dining room with an integrated kitchen provides everything necessary for a pleasant stay, such as a kitchen equipped with a microwave, L'Or coffee maker, utensils, and complete tableware. In the living area, we offer a flat-screen television with satellite channels in German, English, and French, as well as free WiFi and air conditioning in the living room.



The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a single bed, as well as a full bathroom with a shower and hair dryer.



The property is located in a quiet and residential area, just 3.8 km from Candelaria Beach. Within a radius of 2 to 5 km, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, and all necessary services. It is recommended to have a car to move comfortably around the area. Candelaria is a picturesque coastal municipality famous for its Basilica of the Virgin of Candelaria, patron saint of the Canary Islands, and its maritime promenade full of history and local charm. Very nearby, the Güímar Valley offers natural routes, wineries, and the unique Ethnographic Park Pyramids of Güímar, an ideal place for culture and nature lovers.



Tenerife combines volcanic beaches, mountainous landscapes, and towns with character. From the imposing Teide National Park, declared a World Heritage Site, to its charming northern towns, the island invites you to enjoy its mild climate, local gastronomy, and island hospitality throughout the year.
