It is composed of a nice living room of 60 m², equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower), three toilets.

You will be able to take advantage of a closed garden planted with various species of trees of about 1 000 m². The cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The house is ideally located in the bay of Port Mer, in Cancale, in a family environment, preserved and exceptional. You will be able to benefit from magnificent beaches adapted to the children, a Nautical Center, the possibility of discovering the dolphins of the bay, hiking trails.

Restaurants, bars, the port and all shops are 5 minutes away by car.

The accommodation is composed as follows: in the main house :

- a living room of 60 m² facing the sea, with large bays giving access to a terrace, the living room has a large sofa and a TV equipped with a system that allows it to be taken out or put in electrically. A large dining table that can accommodate up to 10 people.

- a fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Kitchen Machine Bosch multi-function food processor, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with integrated grinder...

- two bedrooms with a king-size bed (180×200) and a queen-size bed (160×200) each with a mezzanine with 2 futons that can accommodate children (access by protected stairs)

- two bathrooms with shower on the ground floor and on the first floor

- two toilets, one of which is separate

- an independent studio with 2 80x190 bunk beds, a kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet and a terrace with access to the garden, equipped with a table for your meals, as well as deckchairs.
