- To access the property, use building entrance A - enter lift and go up to level 5- turn left when exit lift - turn left again - 501 is the first unit on the LHS. You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home.

- There are no stairs inside or outside the property.

- The keys will be left in a lockbox onsite. We will send you the access code 3 days prior to your arrival through the booking portal.

Kingston is a vibrant and trendy Canberra neighbourhood that borders the famous Lake Burley Griffin. Known for its contemporary foreshore with numerous cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shops, take your pick of stores to explore. Kingston is also home to the famous Old Bus Depot Markets which offer an array of weekend vendors selling locally sourced goods and produce. Meanwhile, next door drop into Canberra Glassworks, which offers exhibitions and workshops. Peppered with parks and lakeside walks, all situated a short distance from the CBD, engross yourself in the Kingston atmosphere.



Getting Around:

Public transport

The property is near three separate bus stops, on Wentworth Ave and Eyre St. These stops operate routes to Fyshwick, City, City West, Fraser and Queanbeyan. Meanwhile, the Canberra Railway Station is located a 12 minute walk away and operates trips via the Southern NSW line to Central Station in Sydney.

There is plenty of taxi and ride-sharing options readily available throughout Canberra.

- For your comfort, this property is prepared with professional-grade hotel-style linen, including a three-sheet setup, ensuring a fresh and hygienic sleep experience.

- To access the on-site parking, use the driveway at the opposite end of the apartment complex to the supermarket driveway – is marked Atria Residential Parking. The roller door opens on pressing #1 on the garage remote. Drive up the ramp, drive to the rear of the carpark and find carspot 501.

- There are no stairs inside or outside the property.

- Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.

- Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.

- Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out

- We provide a small welcome amenity pack to get your stay started
