BATHROOM The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to help you settle in. For longer stays, additional supplies may be required depending on usage.

A small selection of essentials such as milk, coffee, and tea is provided for your arrival. For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional items as needed.

LAUNDRY A washing machine and dryer are available, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
OUTDOOR & SHARED AMENITIES - Access to the building’s Pool, BBQ area and shared garden/courtyard spaces - The BBQ area, pool and courtyard are situated on the right-hand side of the building.

Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.

**No Parties or Events** This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.
