This apartment is located on the 2nd level of the building, with lift access. It has a large living space, separate bedroom, and a separate bathroom/laundry.
Access is also available to the neighbouring tower which has the roof top garden and bbq area.
BEDROOM:
Your bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with fresh linen. The linen is professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. The bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. I provide complimentary towels, shampoo, toilet paper and body wash.
KITCHEN:
You`ll be very tempted to dine out but please feel free to make use of the fully-equipped kitchen. It has:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- crockery and complete set of cutlery
- toaster
- electric kettle
- ove
- microwave
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
NOTE: Please gently tap the screen of the Oven LCD to avoid it from sinking.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a TV which has access to all local channels for your use. There is also reverse-cycle heating and air conditioning in the apartment.
LAUNDRY:
A washing machine and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
COMMON AREA:
Due to the pandemic, common areas may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements in the premises at the time of your arrival.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge

Situated in the sought after and highly regarded `Quayside` apartments, located opposite parkland. It`s an easy stroll to local restaurant`s, bars and cafes as well as parks.
The local area also has two convenience stores, hairdressers, beauticians, florists and a bottle shop. And if you feel like wandering further afield, you can go to Kingston or Manuka Shops.
You can also take a wander up to the local Bus Depot Markets on a Sunday.
The apartment has direct lift access to a Resident Rooftop Garden on Level 4 which is a great place to relax with family and friends.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
STRATA NOTICE:
ROOF REMEDIATION – Crane and Scaffold
Roof remediation works will begin on 5 June 2025 and are expected to take approximately 8 weeks.
A crane will be on-site to assist with placing scaffolding around the building. Please follow all traffic and pedestrian signs during this period for everyone’s safety.
Scaffolding will only be placed on Level 4 and not on any private balconies.
GARBAGE ENCLOSURE ROLLER DOOR LOCKS
There are 5 roller doors in total. The outer roller doors will be permanently locked down and the three middle roller doors will be locked down using a combination lock. This will commence from Monday 9th September.
The Building Manager will open the three middle roller doors at about 8am Monday-Friday and then lock them up at about 3pm Monday-Friday.
Residents using the garbage enclosure outside of these times will need to remove the combination lock to access and then lock them back up when finished.
