    . Key Collection: Self-check-in is via a KeyNest point located at Spinzone Woden, approximately a 7-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the building.
    . Parking: Includes 1 free secure underground parking space (Max height 2.0m); not suitable for oversized vehicles.
    . Facility Access: Access to communal facilities (pool, gym, etc.) is managed by the Body Corporate and cannot be guaranteed at all times due to maintenance or repairs.
    . Room Allocation: During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to relocate guests to another apartment of similar quality in the same building.
    . Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
    Nature and Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.
