Enjoy Gorgeous Panoramic Views overlooking Canandaigua Lake on your own Private Balcony. Permit # 2023- 0075. Immaculate & Modern 1 bedroom / 1 bath condo - fully equipped kitchen with pots & pans, baking dishes. Dishes & silverware for 8, wine & beverage glasses, Comfy King Size Bed with luxury linens, Cozy Open Floor Plan Living Area with Reclining Sofa & Chair, Dining Area , 70" TV (including Streaming, Netflix & Amazon Prime- please use your own password to log on and remember to log off so others don’t use your account). mesmerizing LED fireplace, and a well appointed modern Bathroom with plush towels & toiletries. Located in the Bristol Harbour Community. Private Beach Access and Elevator is open during summer for guests Monday 9am through Friday noon, with an access card supplied on the kitchen counter. 2 beach towels are supplied. The Stairs are Closed. There is also a Public Beach 4 minutes away. For weekends.

Heron Hill Winery is 4 minutes from the condo, Arbor Hill is 10 minutes and Hazlitt / Red Cat is 20 minutes from the condo. Local Breweries are -Young Lion, Naked Dove, Twisted Rail, Frequentem, Peacemaker, Irish Mafia.

For Restaurants- We can recommend : The Rose Tavern & The Sand Bar for Lakefront Dining, New York Kitchen ( also offers stadium style cooking classes & a cool beer & wine tasting room), Nolans- for the Best Lobster Roll anywhere, Kix on Main, Il Posto, Casa di Pasta, Simply Crepes, Rio Tomatlan, either the Gateway Diner ( best Benedicts!) or Dalai Java for Breakfast, Tom Wahls for Rochester Fish Fry or Famous Rochester style Cheeseburger or White Hots with Hot Sauce, Abbotts Frozen Custard is a Must!
*We comply with "Guidelines for owners & property managers for Enhanced Cleaning & Disinfection of Vacation Rentals"- supplying hand sanitizer, antibacterial soap, Thoroughly disinfecting & cleaning between guests, with special attention to high touch areas like all handles & knobs, light switches & remotes. All linens are washed and sanitized in hot water, detergent, bleach and oxyclean. If you have sensitivity to scents please let me know in advance. Your Comfort & Confidence is of Utmost Importance.

We had the most relaxing stay! Diane is a perfect host. She answered all our questions, going above and beyond to make our trip wonderful. Not only is her condo immaculately clean & beautiful, all the special little touches she adds, make you feel warm & welcomed. Amazing view of lake with breathtaking early morning sunrises. Surely would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a lakefront retreat. Thank you Diane for your kindness and opening your home to us!

This condo is very clean and updated. My wife and I spent a week here and had a great time. The view from the balcony is beautiful!! There is a lot of storage for all of your clothes and bathroom items. There is everything you would ever need, and everything is labeled so you don't have to search for anything. Diane has thought of everything. The king bed, pillows and couch were all very comfortable. Diane also had lots of information for things to do and places to go. She was also responsive when we had a question. A/C was adequate. The private beach was enjoyable with plenty of chairs available.

The scenery was breathtaking. The condo had everything you could think of, and Diane's attention to detail was evident. It was immaculately clean. The location made it easy to travel to the town of Canandaigua and also visit Naples. This quiet, beautiful, and well-stocked place is one I will be back to visit for sure!!

We were looking for a beautiful and quiet getaway, and got just that! This condo was fabulous--very well appointed with EVERYTHING you might need, wonderful deck overlooking the lake (I caught 3 sun rises!), comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom with washer/dryer. Host Diane was the best! We would recommend this place to others definitely stay there again.

This place is absolutely perfect for a quick and relaxing getaway. Loved the beautiful views right off the balcony and the ease of getting around the area around the condo too. We were able to safely go for long walks without the concern of traffic. We had access to a private area of the beach too. Would love to come back here again! The hosts were great with answering any questions we had too!

It’s hard to think of anything more to say about this property and about the hosts that hasn’t already been said - and said accurately - many times. The unit was immaculate. It is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, well and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need, and very comfortable and quiet for our two night stay. The view of the lake and surrounding hills was the standout feature for us and especially with the colours (yes, the Canadian spelling) of the changing leaves. I can’t say anything about the beach because I don’t think it was open at the time of our visit in late October, but we knew this in advance and were not looking for anything different. Diane was an absolute pleasure to deal with - helpful and responsive communication but not intrusive in any way, with appropriate notes and instructions in the unit. The welcoming treats and notes are a lovely touch. It was nice of you to arrange for the deer to be there for our morning walk, Diane! 😉 Restaurants and towns are about 15-20 minutes away on good roads (although mostly unlit, so very dark at night), with lots of eating options. We were looking for a short, quiet, relaxing trip to hopefully enjoy the seasonal colours and we got exactly what we wanted. The only negative was that we were sorry to leave after only two nights - but we WILL be back. Thank you Diane! Anita and Neil

This condo in Canandaigua is just lovely and quiet! It's location is perfect for many Finger Lakes' day trips, and Diane, the owner is a true pleasure. We hope to visit again!!
