Sadly it rained for the weekend so we could not partake in the outdoor amenities, which looked really nice. There were some weird things. The couch in some of the photos was in the hallway in the back area, so only seating for 5 in the living room. Also the table had 8 chairs in the photos but only 7 when we arrived,...

"The place was freezing! Following the directions to use the heaters was only successful on a couple of the units. Most of them just sat at the minimum heat levels. NONE of the TVs worked or at least didn't have any service. There were NO directions on how to use them, and many tries with both remotes resulted only in frustration. Someone left the window open in the main bathroom until we got there...don't know why. The ceiling in one of the rooms was coming down, and there were cracks in...

"We had a great time in the Poconos. Our condo was clean, well equipped, comfortable and spacious. It was a bonus to be able to use the pool and other facilities at the clubhouse. The location was perfect…close to the water parks and easy access to restaurants and stores."

"Most of the stuff are nearby which is a plus. Dryer wasn’t working so we were unable to wash our clothes or swim wear. Tv only had YouTube and Amazon Prime Video. But everything else was convenient like the kitchen, grill, cooking utensils. "
