On the second floor, a small corner of light opens up: a two-room apartment of approximately 40 m², welcoming and bright. The perfect retreat for up to four guests, with a double bedroom inviting relaxation and a living room that transforms into a cozy nest thanks to the sofa bed. A discreet kitchenette, with a washing machine hidden in the attic, accompanies daily life.
The true enchantment unfolds on the terrace: an endless sea view, equipped for moments of pure wonder, where the sun and wind dance together.

Important Notes:
- Groups of young people under 21 are not permitted
- Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; A €30.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM.
- Pets are allowed with a €30 cleaning fee.
- Mandatory security deposit: €150; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linens and towels: €20.00 per person (request at time of booking); cannot be booked on-site.

Key collection information:
Check-in information is sent to guests 48 hours before arrival. Please contact our customer service for any questions. For selected properties, key collection usually takes place at the property itself or at our offices in Campo or Portoferraio.
