In addition, the sea is generally calm and shallow, which makes it perfect for children (there are also play areas along the shore). Around the beach, the landscape is enriched by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation, creating a very suggestive natural environment.

In this residence we offer types of studio apartments (5 plus one with a mezzanine) and two-room apartments (4), some on the first floor, others on the second floor, some with a terrace, others without.

All apartments offer bright and air-conditioned environments in every room.

Two-Room Apartment No. 17 - Sleeps 3/5 with Terrace
All apartments are air-conditioned in every room. They feature a modern kitchen equipped with induction stovetop and an electric oven, and a bathroom with a shower and bidet. This bathroom has a beautiful window. It consists of a triple bedroom (double bed plus single bed) with a beautiful window and a double sofa bed in the living room. A terrace and washing machine are available for exclusive use.

Important Notes:
- Registration is required even if you are not staying overnight but only for a short stay (even less than an hour). Therefore, we advise guests to notify us in advance of any guests arriving at the property.
- For groups of young people, the minimum check-in age is 21 (underage guests are also welcome upon request, with a double security deposit).
- Check-in at our offices is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM. A €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM.
- Small pets are allowed with a €30 cleaning fee.
- Security deposit (mandatory): €150.00. Refunded at the end of your stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linens and towels: €20.00 per person (request at time of booking); cannot be booked on-site.

Key collection information:
Check-in information will be sent to guests 48 hours before arrival. Please contact our customer service for any questions. For the selected property, key collection usually takes place at our offices in Marina di Campo (or Portoferraio during low season).
