This includes not only staff at the property, but also drivers the hotel assigns. Thanks to all the staff, including Stella and staff at front desk, staff at the pool/restaurant, and so on. "This property seems to be a former residence and the owner manages the property. The property was a little hard to find because 3 mapping programs lead to 3 different places. However, the property is right next door to the Alimuri Bay Resort. The room is very very nice with spectacular views and it has a clothes washer!! However there is no dryer but if you have quick dry clothes, it dries overnight, like mine did. I tecommend this place if you are looking for quiet out of the limelight type...

"Da vi ankom mente vi hotellet lå for langt fra den nærmeste by og vi var ikke helt tilfreds med
værelset. Men efter nogen snak med receptionen fik vi lovning på nyt værelse med terassebalkon med
en fantasktisk udsigt, samtidig var der gratis bus til byen og togstationen.Vi blev behandlet meget

"God beliggenhed, men hotellets faciliteter (og service) er ikke 4 stjerner. Døren til altanen kunne ikke lukke helt, så vi måtte ud at købe ørepropper, da vi ikke kunne sove for støj. Parkering, som stod var tilgængelig, var optaget, og vi måtte betale for parkeringshus overfor alle tre dage. Yderligere havde vi været til vinsmagning en aften, og købt en vin med tilbage til hotelværelset, og måtte kun få vandglas (og ikke vinglas), da vinen ikke købt på hotellet. Ligeledes spiste vi morgenmaden...

"Clean and very comfortable. We showed up in Vico with no real luggage and they were willing to do our laundry if needed and were able to check us in when ever we arrived. The place was very well located in the city. Bathrooms were very nice and clean and had great water pressure. Worth every penny"

"The location is in a quieter part of town, with a fantastic local restaurant just steps away. The owner was very helpful and provided easy access into the room when we had a late check in. Having onsite parking also makes this a wonderful place to stay. "

"The price is very competitive in that area. Overall is good but the road there is extreme narrow and I was led to a impossible alley by Waze and stck and scratched my car and had to pay 190 euro to rental company. Better to provide suggestions for drivers. Feedback is quick and efficient"

The surroundings are very nice. About 15 minutes walk to city centre of Sorrento with many restaurants and shops.
Breakfast good - restaurant at dinner maybe not that good food but very nice staff.

"Up til this trip, Hotels.com had tried to help us move the dates for our stayover. They failed big time. So when we arrived to the hotel, our reservationes was wrong. Not the best start for our vacation.
Then Anna stept in!! The Superwoman in the reception fixed what Hotels.com could not. We are so thankfull!! Anna rocks!!

"The hotel is quite run down, and furniture is old and uncomfortable. We also had ants in the room, but they were removed when pointed out to staff.
The room was very spacious and had a nice outdoor area. Breakfast was decent if you are good with basics plus a little extra.
The area has a beautiful view and it’s possible to walk to the city, but impossible to walk back up all the stairs in the heat which means you depend on taxis that were 30/40 EUR each time.
Overall, not a 4 star hotel in any way, and pictures don’t capture current stage. We were a few friends and had many trips booked limiting the stay inside the hotel and for that purpose it was somewhat okay. Staff in reception and cleaning were nice and helpful. "
