Our modern tiny home cabins have fully stocked kitchens, living room, HD Satellite TV, Roku, dinning table with chairs, bathroom, bedroom and a comfy 4ft loft featuring an additional queen bed, accessed by stairs. Note: Loft is not full standing height. See photos.

Enjoy the beauty of the outdoors on the spacious outdoor porch with gas fireplace and propane grill.

☆Kids Size Couch Bed☆
Cabin 94 is equip with a small couch bed. The size is best for kids. You must request permission to use for linens to be supplied and pay a small cleaning fee of $25. Use of the couch bed without permission will result in a charge for use and a potential damages fee of $50+ for not having it properly dressed with mattress protector. Thank you for respecting our property.

We are nestled in among very old growth trees and adjacent to West Clear Creek. Located about 9 miles off the freeway, away from the crowds, but close enough to Sedona, Jerome, Montezuma Castle, Montezuma Well, and Fossil Creek. We also have many off road and hiking, biking trails very close by.

~House Rules~

Please read and agree to avoid being charged for misuse of the cabin. Thank you for respecting our property!

-No smoking cigarettes inside/on the porches
-Do NOT burn anything in the gas fireplace or on patios
-No unregistered guests, events or parties
-Please clean the grill after use or a cleaning fee may apply
-Only use bottled water in our coffee machine please! We provide two bottles
-No animals, food or colored beverages on the couch or in the lofts & beds. Additional deep cleaning fees may apply $50+
-Guests are responsible for the cost of excessive mess or damage to property
-Charging of electric vehicles is strictly prohibited

Animals
-Please notify us if you are bringing animals & add them to your reservation
- Animal-Friendly cabins are 90, 92, 94 & 95
- Cabins 91 & 93 are Animal-Free to support guests with allergies [Breaking this rule = $250 Deep Cleaning Fee]
- Crate animals if left alone
- Animals must be on a leash at all times outside of the cabin & dog park
- Pick up waste and dispose in trash dumpster located at the entrance or rear of our property & near the dog park
***ATTENTION: Dog/animal hair is costly to clean up!
•PLEASE BRING your own dog/animal bed, blanket and towels to help keep our cleaning fees as low as possible.
- Additional cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess, carpet or upholstery cleaning

Use of Sofa Bed/Linen Pack
-There is a $25 linen fee to use sofa bed linen pack located in the closet of cabins with sofa beds. Use of the sofa bed without the provided linens is considered misuse and may require a deep clean fee. Additionally, please note that pets and food or colored beverages are not allowed on the furniture

Quiet hours 10:00pm - 8:00am

Check-in time is 4:00pm
-If arriving late, we kindly ask that you are respectful of your cabin neighbors. Be careful driving between dusk and dawn as there is more wildlife on the roads

Check-out time is 11:00am

Prior to departure please complete our simple check-out process :)
• Double check for personal belongings
• Wash kitchen items used- drying rack is under the sink
• Drop off trash in large bin near the exit

Return Key(s) to the lockbox or office
