It was a short ride on the buggy/ATV to the waterfront. Not a short walk at all.

Very Big and clean. The porch was great. The kitchen was nice. Only issue in kitchen was the chairs are to tall to sit and eat at island. The bar chairs were nice. Plenty of places to sit and sleep. The cabin was well stocked. The fishing at the dock was very fun. Getting up and down the hill was easy with the side by side. One thing that would help is direct arrows to dock. We did have a little trouble finding dock with all the different gravel roads. We had a lovely time and the grill worked well. Thank you so kindly for your hospitality. Respectfully B & K

My family was there for a softball tournament. The house was just as the pics showed. It was so homey and it is tucked in under some trees so we were shaded all day. There was a heat advisory the week we were there but the house stayed cool and there are ceiling fans that helped so much. The house had everything we needed and then some. Cheryl was wonderful to work with. I had a few things come up before we got there and I just texted her and she handled it so easily and was very quick on responses. There were 6 adults and a baby and the house handled all of us with ease. We could spread out and didn't feel like we were cramped at all. The washer and dryer was amazing and so convenient having to wash softball uniforms all week. The house was so clean that we never worried about the baby crawling on the floor. We would 100% rent this house again!!

We had a little glitch with the air conditioning the first night which Cheryl took care of quickly and reimbursed me for the night which I was very happy about. We loved our stay there. It was very peaceful and the house was clean. We also loved the use of the side by side which was very handy to have !!We will definitely stay again !!

Family reunion nearby

We enjoyed our stay at this location just a few minutes from downtown Camdenton. We were in town for a family reunion and this was a great base camp as we ran back and forth to my Aunts house. The house is very comfortable with lots of space. We did not have time to go to the dock but would definitely take advantage of that feature if we stay again. I would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful by the lake

Easy and enjoyable. The dock was wonderful to hang at with a space for our boat too! Cheryl even checked in by phone to make sure we had everything we needed the first day. Wonderful time!

Reasonably priced

We enjoyed it. LOTS of stuff supplied (condiments, seasonings etc. Our dogs were welcome and happy. We’ll stay there again. Not an elegant getaway but a good deal for the price.

Camdenton area

Quiet spot. House divided, so shut door and you have 2 hotel rooms equivalent. Would do again.

Perfect stay

We chose this location due to proximity to our family's condo nearby and needed more space. It was quiet (minus the late night fireworks, but heck, it was fourth of July). Having the dock was really nice, we were able to tie up my parents boat and swim off the dock a few times. Plenty of space and two bathrooms made for a very comfortable stay. Would stay again for sure.

Lakehouse

House was great location for shootout races nice clean house tucked in the woods. We had a great time. This house doesnt have a lake view but it does have a side by side you can take down to boat dock. We were very thankful for that as the walk down to dock and back is very steep and alot of loose rock.

Family Getaway

Love this place! Quiet and off the beaten path with a side by side to ride down to the dock. Nice large dock and new swim ladder. Always relaxing as this is our 3rd year in a row taking a Summer break with our family. We will be back next year! Take extra toilet paper and paper towels. Also recommend a bug zapper...it is the lake!

Stay for an OUPV Course - Felt like home

My husband was taking a week long OUPV course in Osage beach, so I came along and we brought our dog with us. The house was absolutely perfect! Clean and well stocked with amenities. The design provided a perfect separate area for my husband to work on his course. It is also a beautiful area for walks. I only wish we were down there when it was warmer - the boat dock was so inviting, but not the temperature. We will definitely keep this place saved for when we head this direction again.

Great getaway

I loved this property! It was so lovely. It had everything that we needed. Cheryl put a lot of thought into what her guest would need. Everything was easy to find. This was the first time I had been to the Ozarks and booked with VRBO. I enjoyed it. The location was great. It was wooded and private. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. There were plenty of towels and essentials. Very clean! When I come back, I will try to reserve this home again. Comfy couch and nice TV as well. Thank you for a great vacation stay!
