"I stayed here over Memorial Day with some family and friends, We have a camp up the road, but needed some extra space for sleeping. The property went above and beyond my expectations, the beds were extremely comfortable (There were many) And the side porch overlooking the town of Osceola. We also appreciate the ability to either walk or ATV down to the river on the property. The kids really enjoyed themselves and the river! Will be staying here again."

"We came looking for a camping spot for the solar eclipse. Our site was tucked away at the end of a huge field on a small peninsula with a running river nearby. The camping was amazing, the ground was nice and soft for our tents and we could build the campfire up with an endless supply of firewood. The stars were on full display as there wasnt much light pollution in this area. Taking a splash in the fast and cool river was a highlight. "The property was beautiful with the river. We had never stayed in an rv before, but power and water were hooked up. You have to bring your sheets, blankets, pillows. There is a fridge, stove, sink and the owner left some basic supplies like trash bags, toilet paper, spices, soap, coffee, and more. There is nowhere to really put your luggage but we made it work by using the top bunk. Wifi is not available but there were some games and movies available. There was a firepit if you wanted to...

"My partner and I needed a place to camp for the total eclipse and came across Ryan's listing. Wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. He's such a nice, accommodating host. Taking the time to show us the property and delivering firewood to our site. The land is gorgeous! Great stargazing and sunsets. "The owner made it clear in advance that there was basically no facilities. That was no problem for me. I was well prepared and had an enormous field to myself. The owner provided a huge amount of firewood and I enjoyed a nice campfire at night. In the morning, the field was covered in white frosting and wild(?) turkeys was walking through the field. For me, it was a great way to explore the area and avoided most of the eclypse traffic and it was well worth the money!"
